shiatown plays today's current hard-hitting modern country music along with other classic country tunes. Anywhere from Aldean to Cash. With three lead singers, they are able to cover various artists with all different vocal tones and ranges. The band is made up of 5 musicians from the Shiawassee and Genesee County areas, making Shiatown a relevant name in representing where we are all from.

Shiatown has premiered at various Michigan festivals, fairs, and regional shows as well. Big country fest in Frankenmuth, Michigan international speedway infield concert, Bay City fireworks festival, the Machine Shop in Flint, Tequila Cowboy Pittsburgh just to name a few.  They stay busy in the winter months providing entertainment to many bars and other live music establishments all throughout the state.

Shiatown also offers non-country dance music or any song by request in between sets on the bands break by our own D.J. Kim.
